That place is the biggest shit hole I’ve ever saw in my life. No public bathrooms for customers cashier was very rude. I called the health department on them. They should have to allow the public to use the bathroom since they sell food.

Lady at the deli was rude and aggressively slamming things because I ordered chicken for my teenage son. She needs a chill pill and maybe not to work here if it’s so hard to put chicken in a box.

I usually like stopping down here, however tonight there was a gray haired lady that I’ve never seen working there before. She was pissed I came in close to closing time. She told the other lady lock the door before closing time then told me I couldn’t buy anything because I had CASH and the drawers were already counted. Like I said I usually get great service and cut up with the people there. If you were the old gray haired lady there tonight 3-29-26 you are rude if you close at 9 you close at 9 if you don’t like that work somewhere else you will cost that place customers with that nasty attitude for no damn reason

Don’t stop here. This store has nothing but nasty, mean, lady’s that work here. Always attitude, always complaining, and just not nice people. The parking lot is nothing but potholes, Uhaul trucks parked all over the place, with limited parking. Take your business to a store that appreciates you. I’am not spending money somewhere that always has nothing but rude, nasty, workers. They make you feel uncomfortable the way they talk to you. They talk down to you like your a dog and not capable of being them. Enough is enough.

Stopped by to get a gas and buy snacks and drinks but never had the chance to do so. Wanted to use the bathroom to pee however I was told restroom is for customer only. Told the lady I will get a gas and buy some food but just need to use the restroom real quick. Didn’t allow me to use the restroom. Avoid this place. Spend your money elsewhere.

I don't write many reviews and I try to not write a negative review about anyone or any place but this needs to be said. I have been grabbing dinner at the Charlie Bìggs in this location a couple times a week for many years and until lately I would have recommended them to anyone. The last half a dozen times I have been there however have been nothing short of terrible. They raised their prices some time back which wasn't welcomed but it was understandable. Now they have cut portions, you have to check to make sure you actually get a roll and the chicken has been under the lights for so long it's hard. Today was my last time, Friday is their fish special day so I stop in at 3PM to get a fish dinner and they don't have any fish cooked. So I wait on them to cook fish and fill the box with the sides I wanted and I forgot to check the box. When I get home and open the box there is no roll ,I had maybe 3 spoons of each side and the fish was so under cooked that I couldn't eat it. I find it sad when local businesses end up closing but I am afraid with these types of practices they will not be around for much longer. I would not recommend them to anyone at this point.
